Amber & Co. was born from a single belief — that a perfectly made cup of coffee and a thoughtfully prepared brunch plate can transform an ordinary morning into something worth remembering.
We source our single-origin beans directly from small farms, bake everything in-house before sunrise, and prepare each plate with the kind of care that only comes from genuinely loving what you do.

Morning Açaí Bowl
Organic açaí blend, house granola, seasonal berries, honey, and toasted coconut. Light, nutritious, and beautiful.
Soft Scrambled Eggs
Three eggs, crème fraîche, fresh chives, sourdough toast, and a side of roasted heirloom tomatoes.
Avocado Toast Deluxe
Thick-cut sourdough, smashed avocado, whipped ricotta, poached egg, microgreens, and a chilli drizzle.
Golden Pancake Stack
Three brioche pancakes, salted caramel butter, Vermont maple syrup, and fresh blueberry compote.
