Amber & Co. was born from a single belief — that a perfectly made cup of coffee and a thoughtfully prepared brunch plate can transform an ordinary morning into something worth remembering.
We source our single-origin beans directly from small farms, bake everything in-house before sunrise, and change our menu with the seasons. It's a small operation run with enormous care by people who genuinely love what they do.
The result is a coffee shop that takes its craft seriously but never takes itself too seriously. A place where regulars have their orders memorised before they reach the counter, and first-timers feel like they've found a new favourite immediately.

The Vision Takes Shape
After months of recipe development, sourcing trips to Ethiopian and Colombian farms, and too many failed croissant batches to count — the concept for Amber & Co. is finally ready.
Amber & Co. Opens
The doors open on Morning Street, New York. The queue on opening day stretches around the block. The flat white sells out by 10am. A neighbourhood institution is born.
Full Brunch Service Launches
What began as coffee and pastries grows into a full weekend brunch menu. The Golden Pancake Stack and Smashed Avocado Toast instantly become signature dishes guests return for every week.
Farmers Market Partnership
A direct partnership with three local farms ensures our eggs, produce, and herbs are delivered fresh every morning. Seasonal menus become a defining feature of the Amber & Co. identity.
Jazz Sessions Begin
The first Saturday Morning Jazz Session sells out in 24 hours. What started as a one-off event becomes a beloved weekly tradition, drawing musicians and guests from across the city.
